- Freight to Alaska and Hawaii
will be charged at UPS or FedEx on-line estimated rates.
- All returned merchandise
must have a return authorization (RMA) number.
Call 1-866-587-4712 to obtain an RMA number.
- Returned merchandise
purchased on-line and not by bid or quote, will be shipped with ground freight prepaid
by us. To arrange a return, call us toll free 866-587-4712 to arrange
for an RMA number. Any damages to the product will be
deducted from the refund. Returns of open carton or product used must be
returned within 30 days. Any unopened, unused merchandise can
be returned up to 1 year from purchase date, but may be subject to a restocking fee. Partial order returns do
not qualify. Merchandise
returned without an RMA number or parcels shipped collect will be
refused.
